In our prefab, we can produce modules in various bulk densities from 128 kg/m³ – 200 kg/m³ in qualities from 1100°C to 1430°C in all shapes. Immediately after founding e-r-s, we started building a mold construction department. To assert ourselves in this area, we are constantly investing in modern machines as well as in adequate storage and production capacities. By building a production hall and furnaces with innovative firing technology, we are always able to produce special molded components for our customers. Each production order is verified and documented by our quality management.
